       Clafoutis aux Airelles Noirs       

250 g de farine

3 cuillérées a soupe de sucre en poudre

4 oufs

100 g de beurre fondu

25 décilitres de lait

une pointe de couteau de sel fin
30 airelles noirs

    Fari's French style Apple Pie!     

Preheat oven 356°

Pie crust:  

•  2 - 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
• 1 cup butter, very cold, cut into small pieces
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 6/8 Tbsp iced water

Filling:

• 2 big apple and 1 pear
• 2 extra-large eggs
• 5/6 tbsp sugar
• 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
• a pinch of salt

Oven 356° for 50 minutes until golden
