"Le Matin"
Fari's French style Apple Pie!
Preheat oven 356°
Pie crust:
2 - 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
1 cup butter, very cold, cut into small pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
6/8 Tbsp iced water
Filling:
2 big apple and 1 pear
2 extra-large eggs
5/6 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
a pinch of salt
Oven 356° for 50 minutes until golden
