Recipe
3 plums (medium size)
50 g almonds piled
50 g walnuts
5 graham crackers (Honey made)
2 big chocolate chips cookies
1 carrot (medium size)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk or yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp backing powder
1 tsp backing soda
a pinch of salt
Method
grease the pan and put some sugar
then cut the plums and put them on the bottom
preheat oven 180°C (350°F)
put almonds, walnuts, crackers, cookies and the carrot
in the food processor until you have a kind of
fine granola and set aside
melt together butter and sugar until smooth
then add the yolks one at a time,
then add milk (or yogurt) and vanilla extract
mix together the dry ingredients
and add them gradually to the mixture
whisk the whites
and slowly add them to the batter
put it in the pan and in the oven for about 40 min
until the toothpick come out clean
Enjoy!
(With a little bit of vanilla ice cream!)
