Super Easy Blondies

8x12 inch panpreheat oven 180°C  (357 °F)

100 grams butter melted and cooled

1 cup light brown sugar

1 big egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt


Add
spices
a handful of nuts
dried fruits
or 
choco chips

( you have to roll out the dough with a spatula it's better to use the baking paper)
